Check-in: Check-in is anytime after 5:00 pm and Mary Lynn will greet you and your friends.
Welcome Soirée: Hearty hors d'oeuvres and beverages are available beginning at 7pm.

◆ Daily Itinerary

Breakfast: 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Plein Air Painting Excursion: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Break for Lunch: 12:30 noon -1:30 pm
Return to Plein Air Painting Excursion: 2:00 pm - 5:30+ pm
Soirée at East Napa—Beverages & light Hors d'oeuvres: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Dinner & evening events are up to you!

Please note that Northport Artist Residency does not provide dinner. The towns of Northport and Leelanau have many lovely restaurants. If you feel like staying in you have access to a well appointed kitchen.

◆ Payment

1-2 persons: $550 per person/day
3-4 persons: $500 per person/day
5-6 persons: $450 per person/day

Non-refundable Down Payment

Registration requires a non-refundable 20% deposit.

Balance Due

The full balance is due 30 days prior to the residency start date.

◆ Cancellation & Transfer Policies

While we understand that circumstances can arise causing a change in your plans, Northport Artist Residency has a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your registration, we must be notified by phone, and the following policies apply:

Transfer your place to a friend: Registrations are transferable to another person! If you need to cancel a reservation, you can give your spot to a friend or loved one with no penalty.

Less than 30 days prior to the start date the Northport Artist Residency will retain 50% of the workshop fee with the exception of documented medical emergencies.
For an additional $75 fee the workshop can be rescheduled if time is available.

After dinner entertainment: Relaxing at East Napa—movies, a fire in an outdoor fireplace, star gazing, walking the beach, watching the sunset and hot tubing.
East Napa is not the only source of nightly entertainment, you and the other guests can also include visits to the Leelanau Sands Casino - Peshawbestown, MI, nine miles south. Or dinner at Bluebird Restaurant & Bar while often listening to live music, and countless other activities.
